Questions
1) Am I able to have the repair done at home?
Yes. We are a mobile company and we can come to your home, work or any other required address. For the repair to take place we would need access to a normal power socket.
2) How long does the repair take?
On average a job would take about three hours. The total time would depend on the type of repair, but this can be estimated upon booking your appointment.
3) Can I change my appointment at any time?
Yes. If the appointment needs to be changed this is not a problem, but it would need to be 24 hours before the repair is due to take place.
4) Do I need to be on site for the repair to take place?
Not while the repair takes place. We will need the keys to the vehicle to repair and we would also need a signature to confirm you are happy with the repair, other than this you can carry on with your day as normal.
5) Can you repair alloy wheels?
Yes. We can repair the matt type of alloy but not the polished type. This is purely down to the type of finish on the polished alloy, this type of alloy would need to be repaired by a specialist.
6) Can a repair take place in any weather conditions?
We can repair in most conditions, heavy rain or snow may be a problem but the operator will assess that when they are on site.
7) How can you quote when you have not seen the vehicle?
We quote based on the explanation of the damage. We quote according to menu pricing. If the damage is much bigger than the driver explained the operator will report to head office and we can re-quote accordingly.
8) Why do you need my postcode?
We are a nationwide company and would need to obtain a postcode to allocate an operator to you which corresponds to the post code where you live.
